Okay, that sounds weird, but I shall explain. Nowadays, cartoon have made red the new blond. Main girl characters were always blond, now the are red. But sadly, those people NEVER have freckles or pale skin. (phineas and Ferb's sister, Kim possible(ugh) etc)
So they actually do not accept the details that come with REAL read hair. So I support honesty.
I love freckles...sadly I don't have them.
I love that idea, but I think :
1. freckles are too complicated to add in a relatively cheap produced anime
2. they look "dirty" in people's mind somehow
3. I don't care
